Nvim has already implemented this feature, so this only changes tests
and docs.
Problem: Cannot handle change of directory.
Solution: Add the DirChanged autocommand event. (Andy Massimino,
closesvim/vim#888) Avoid changing directory for 'autochdir' too often.

- options: remove 'guifontset'. Why:
- It is complicated and is used by almost no one.
- It is unlikely to be implemented by Nvim GUIs (complicated to parse,
specific to Xorg...).
