390167efa3 [POWERPC] QE: Explicitly set address-cells and size cells for muram
Currently there are several dts that don't specify address or size
cells for the muram. This causes dtc to use default values, one of
which is an address-cells of two, and this breaks the parsing of the
muram ranges, which is assuming an address-cells of one. For example:

Warning (reg_format): "reg" property in
/qe@e0100000/muram@10000/data-only@0 has invalid length
(8 bytes) (#address-cells == 2, #size-cells == 1)

Explicitly setting the address and size cells gets it parsed properly
and gets rid of the four dtc warnings.

f3a2b29d93 [POWERPC] fsl_spi: stop using device_type = "spi"
Also:
- rename "fsl_spi" to "fsl,spi";
- add and use cell-index property, if found;
- split probing code out of fsl_spi_init, thus we can call
  it for legacy device_type probing and new "compatible" probing.

d0a2f82da9 ucc_geth: get rid of device_type for mdio
device_type property is bogus, thus use proper compatible.

Also change compatible property to "fsl,ucc-mdio".

a2dd70a11d [POWERPC] QE: get rid of most device_types and model
Now we're searching for "fsl,qe", "fsl,qe-muram", "fsl,qe-muram-data"
and "fsl,qe-ic".

Unfortunately it's still impossible to remove device_type = "qe"
from the existing device trees because older u-boots are looking for it.

9fb1e350e1 [POWERPC] ucc_geth: use rx-clock-name and tx-clock-name device tree properties
Updates the ucc_geth device driver to check the new rx-clock-name and
tx-clock-name properties first. If present, it uses the new function
qe_clock_source() to obtain the clock source. Otherwise, it checks the
deprecated rx-clock and tx-clock properties.

Update the device trees for 832x, 836x, and 8568 to contain the new property
names only.

e77b28eb19 [POWERPC] FSL: enet device tree cleanups
* Removed address fields in ethernet nodes
* Removed #address-cells, #size-cells from gianfar nodes
* Added cell-index to gianfar and ucc ethernet nodes
* Added enet[0..3] labels
* Renamed compatible node for gianfar mdio to "fsl,gianfar-mdio"
* Removed device_type = "mdio"

The matching for gianfar mdio still supports the old "mdio"/"gianfar" combo
but it is now considered deprecated.

8237bf080e [POWERPC] MPC832x_RDB: Update dts to use SPI1 in QE, register mmc_spi stub
Enabled using SPI controller on the MPC832x RDB board. We currently use
a modalias of "spidev" as a place holder (replace with "mmc_spie") until
the mmc_spi driver support is merged in.

This gets us the ability to test SPI until then.

1b3c5cdab4 [POWERPC] Move PCI nodes to be sibilings with SOC nodes
Updated the device trees to have the PCI nodes be at the same level as
the SOC node. This is to make it so that the SOC nodes children address
space is just on chip registers and not other bus memory as well.

Also, for PCIe nodes added a P2P bridge to handle the virtual P2P bridge
that exists in the PHB.

f0c8ac8083 [POWERPC] DTS cleanup
Removed the following cruft from .dts files:
* 32-bit in cpu node -- doesn't exist in any spec and not used by kernel
* removed built-in (chrp legacy)
* Removed #interrupt-cells in places they don't need to be set
* Fixed ranges on lite5200*
* Removed clock-frequency from i8259 pic node, not sure where this came from
* Removed big-endian from i8259 pic nodes, this was just bogus

eae98266e7 [POWERPC] Fix MAC address entries for 83xx, 85xx, and 86xx device trees
For the 83xx, 85xx, and 86xx device trees, add a "local-mac-address" property
to every Ethernet node that didn't have one. Add a comment indicating that
the "address" and/or "mac-address" properties are deprecated in DTS files
and will be removed at a later time. Change all MAC address properties to
have a zero MAC address value.
