48af322b7a AES-256-GCM (AES-NI): prefetch the next blocks 
...while computing the GHASH of the previous blocks.

For AMD CPUs with disabled hardware prefetchers, the gain may
be significant.

fce80020b1 .NET: use macOS 10.15 as a target instead of 10.13 
macOS 10.15 has reached EOL, and doesn't even get security
fixes from Apple any more. So, hopefully .NET will soon remove
support for it as well.
