vim-patch:8.2.0117: crash when using gettabwinvar() with invalid arguments (#27280)
Problem:    Crash when using gettabwinvar() with invalid arguments. (Yilin
            Yang)
Solution:   Use "curtab" if "tp" is NULL. (closes vim/vim#5475)
