Problem: filetype: some requirements files are not recognized
Solution: Detect '*-requirements.txt', 'constraints.txt',
'requirements.in', 'requirements/*.txt' and 'requires/*.txt'
as requirements filetype, include pip compiler, include
requirements filetype and syntax plugin
