build: enable lintlua for test/unit/ dir #26396
Problem:
Not all Lua code is checked by stylua. Automating code-style is an
important mechanism for reducing time spent on accidental
(non-essential) complexity.

Solution:
- Enable lintlua for `test/unit/` directory.
- TODO: only `test/functional/` remains unchecked.

-- a set class for fast union/diff, can always return a table with the lines
-- in the same relative order in which they were added by calling the
-- to_table method. It does this by keeping two lua tables that mirror each
-- other:

-- 2) item => index
