db64280be5 vim-patch:8.2.3908: cannot use a script-local function for 'foldtext' 
Problem:    Cannot use a script-local function for 'foldtext'.
Solution:   Expand "s:" and "<SID>". (Yegappan Lakshmanan, closes vim/vim#9411)

test: move oldtests to test directory (#22536) 
The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.
