Dispense with the FuncUndefined/CmdUndefined quasi-optimization.
If there are no rplugins, plugin/rplugin.vim takes less than 1ms.

- Rename autoload/rpc to autoload/remote
- External plugins are now remote plugins
- External plugins directory is "rplugin"
