vim-patch:8.0.1107: terminal debugger jumps to non-existing file

Browse Source 
Problem:    Terminal debugger jumps to non-existing file.
Solution:   Check that the file exists.  Add an option to make the Vim wide
            wide. Fix removing highlight groups.
