vim-patch:8.1.1401: misspelled mkspellmem as makespellmem
Problem: Misspelled mkspellmem as makespellmem.
Solution: Drop duplicate help entry, fix test. (Naruhiko Nishino, Ken
Takata, closes vim/vim#4437)
