'cpoptions': "_" flag to toggle cw
behaviour #6235
`cw` and `cW` behave like `ce` and `cE` respectively. This is inconsistent compared to `dw` and `dW`. Introduce a new cpoptions flag "_" to toggle the Vi behavior.
