vim-patch:8.1.1827: allocating more memory than needed for extended structs (#22081)

Problem:    Allocating more memory than needed for extended structs.
Solution:   Use offsetof() instead of sizeof(). (Dominique Pelle,
            closes vim/vim#4786)
