Lorenzo Bianconi ec193b41cc wifi: mt76: move irq_tasklet in mt76_dev struct
irq_tasklet struct is used by most of the drivers (e.g. mt7915, mt7921,
mt7615, mt7663 and mt7996) so move it in common code.
