This adds patches from Lee Jones, Niklas Hernaeus and myself to provide

Lee contained some other changes, so I rebased the patches on top of
the branches that are actually dependencies for this.

The bq24022 on these machines is a very simple regulator using gpios.
One provides the on/off functionality and a second one is used to
change the current between 100 and 500 mA.
This functionality can also be provided by the more generic gpio-regulator.
Therefore convert both machines which makes it possible to remove the
bq24022 driver later on.

For still better multi-OMAP1 support, expand omap1_rate_table with flags
for different SoC types and match them while selecting clock rates. The
idea is stolen from current omap24xx clock rate selection algorithm.
Since clkdev platform flag definitions are reused here, those had to be
expanded with one extra entry for OMAP1710 subtype, as this is the only
SoC for which we allow selection of the highest, 216 MHz rate.
Once done, remove no longer needed clock rate configure time options.
Tested on Amstrad Delta.

DPLL1 reprogramming to a different rate is actually blocked inside
omap1_select_table_rate(), resulting in the defalut rate of 60 MHz
always used instead of the one selected in .config. OTOH, in
omap1_defconfig we currently rely on Kconfig options for the supported
MHz rates in case of boards which boot with dpll1 not set correctly by
their boot loaders.
This means that before we allow for reprogramming of dpll1 rate, we
should remove all unsafe clock selections from omap1_defconfig,
otherwise it will stop booting on boards with imperfect boot loaders,
as it would always try to change to 216MHz.
Keep only one safe clock rate per each supported xtal frequency, i.e.
60MHZ dpll1 for 12MHz xtal and 182MHz dpll1 for 13MHz xtal.
BTW, this change goes into the direction of removing all OMAP1 clock
rate options, planned for next merge window.

Fix this by adding omap1_clk_late_init() that only reprograms dpll1
if the bootloader rate is less than 60MHz. This also allows removing
of the OMAP_CLOCKS_SET_BY_BOOTLOADER option.

The arch/arm/mach-exynos4 directory (CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4) has
made for plaforms based on EXYNOS4 SoCs. But since upcoming
Samsung's SoCs such as EXYNOS5 (ARM Cortex A15) can reuse most
codes in current mach-exynos4, one mach-exynos directory will
be used for them.
This patch changes to CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS (arch/arm/mach-exynos)
but keeps original CONFIG_ARCH_EXYNOS4 in mach-exynos/Kconfig to
avoid changing in driver side.

Update the Integrator defconfig with some sensible defaults:
- Compile a combined image supporting Integrator/AP and
Integrator/CP, with the core modules CM720, CM920, CM922,
CM926, CM1020, CM1022 and CM1026 in a single image, this
works just fine and gives some nice compilation coverage
- NOHZ (tickless) and HRTIMERS turned on
- Compile using EABI, let's assume recent compilers are used
now (tested using GCC 4.4.1)
- Remove forced 32MiB at command line, the bootloader usually
knows this better, and my U-Boot patches nowadays make that
boot loader pass the correct adjusted value
- Enable the MTD Physmap flash driver, so that the changes done
earlier by Marc Zyngier replacing integrator-flash takes
effect
- Enable the PL030 RTC driver that has not been default-compiled
with any config for a while
This has been tested on the real hardware Integrator AP with
both an ARM920T and ARM926EJ-S core module.

This mach has not seen any updates since the initial inclusion besides
generic cleanup. Furthermore:
- The i.MX23 covered in mach-mxs is just a renamed version of the
STMP378x.
- mach-stmp378x has a lot of reinvented interfaces, leaking all sorts of
mach-related includes into the drivers. One example is the dmaengine
which does not use the linux dmaengine-API but some privately exported
symbols. So drivers cannot be reused. mach-mxs does it better.
- There is only one board defined (which I couldn't find any trace of
despite being a development board). It has been converted to
mach-mxs in a previous patch.
Since the only user of this mach was converted, it means that
mach-stmp378x can go.

- It has a lot of reinvented interfaces, leaking all sorts of
mach-related includes into the drivers. One example is the dmaengine
which does not use the linux dmaengine-API but some privately exported
symbols. So, drivers cannot be reused. mach-mxs is very similar and
does it better.
- It can be doubted that this worked at all. Check the DMA routines in
stmp37xx.c for copy/paste bugs. A lot of APBX-related stuff is
actually writing into registers for APBH.
- There is only one board defined (which I couldn't find any trace of
despite being a development board). In this board, only two devices
have resources, the debug uart and the application uart. Neither of
those have the needed custom drivers merged (and never will). debug
uart is amba-pl011 which has an in-kernel driver without the
mach-specific-stuff. appuart has a driver which was introduced for
mach-mxs, and this one is reusable for a properly done mach.
So, this single board registers only unsupported devices and the
generic code looks suspicious and has poor design. Delete this
stuff. If there is interest, it is wiser to restart using
mach-mxs.

The meaning of CONFIG_EMBEDDED has long since been obsoleted; the option
is used to configure any non-standard kernel with a much larger scope than
only small devices.
This patch renames the option to CONFIG_EXPERT in init/Kconfig and fixes
references to the option throughout the kernel. A new CONFIG_EMBEDDED
option is added that automatically selects CONFIG_EXPERT when enabled and
can be used in the future to isolate options that should only be
considered for embedded systems (RISC architectures, SLOB, etc).
Calling the option "EXPERT" more accurately represents its intention: only
expert users who understand the impact of the configuration changes they
are making should enable it.

This patch addresses below things
- Renaming existing omap3_defconfig which has OMAP2, OMAP3 and OMAP4 builds
enabled to more appropriate name 'omap2plus_defconfig'
- L1 cache shift is suppose to be 5 on OMAP4 where as it is 6 on previous
OMAPs. Keeping it to 5 is safer option for OMAP4 and previous OMAPs. For
OMAP3 only build the shift would be still 6
- Enable needed Errata's for OMAP4 to work with DMA based device drivers
CONFIG_PL310_ERRATA_588369=y
CONFIG_ARM_ERRATA_720789=y
- Enable the Micrel ethernet controller

CONFIG_KS8851_MLL=y

Looks like CONFIG_FB_OMAP prevents somehow mounting root on MMC
at least on zoom3 for multi-omap. Disable CONFIG_FB until the
omap FB code is fixed.
This allows booting omap3_defconfig on various omaps. Tested on
2420-n8x0, 3430-n900, 3630-zoom3 and 4430-blaze. Note that n8x0
still has issues with starting user space because of TLS and
VFP.

The bootloader on Nokia boards does not support updating
the kernel cmdline. For the other boards, the bootloader
provided cmdline will be used instead.
To mount root on n8x0, compile in also the MMC_OMAP.
It seems that the best way to mount root with the
new kernels on Nokia boards is to mount root on mmcblk0p2.
Note that n8x0 current has several issues booting with
omap3_defconfig: The bootloader has a 2MB limit for loading
kernels, so you may want to use kexec. Also ARMv6 does
not currently work with ARMv7 for VFP and TLS.
