95906b24fb uml: style fixes in arch/um/sys-x86_64
Style fixes in arch/um/sys-x86_64:
	updated copyrights
	CodingStyle fixes
added severities to printks which needed them

A bunch of functions in sys-*/ptrace_user.c turn out to be unused, so they and
their declarations are gone.

e2216feb37 [PATCH] uml: initialize process FP registers properly
We weren't making sure that we initialized the FP registers of new processes
to sane values.

This patch also moves some defines in the affected area closer to where they
are used.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
