9f4df96b87 dma-mapping: merge <linux/dma-noncoherent.h> into <linux/dma-map-ops.h>

internal header.

6dfdf673cc sh: use the generic dma coherent remap allocator
This switches to using common code for the DMA allocations, including
potential use of the CMA allocator if configured.

Switching to the generic code enables DMA allocations from atomic
context, which is required by the DMA API documentation, and also
adds various other minor features drivers start relying upon. It
also makes sure we have on tested code base for all architectures
that require uncached pte bits for coherent DMA allocations.

4bdc0d676a remove ioremap_nocache and devm_ioremap_nocache
ioremap has provided non-cached semantics by default since the Linux 2.6
days, so remove the additional ioremap_nocache interface.

56e35f9c5b dma-mapping: drop the dev argument to arch_sync_dma_for_*
These are pure cache maintainance routines, so drop the unused
struct device argument.

46bcde94cd sh: split arch/sh/mm/consistent.c
Half of the file just contains platform device memory setup code which
is required for all builds, and half contains helpers for dma coherent
allocation, which is only needed if CONFIG_DMA_NONCOHERENT is enabled.
