Parse outgoing packets in e1000_transfer_dhcp_info as raw packet even if
protocol bits are set. pump, for instance causes kernel panic on some
systems, if parsed via udp header.

In e1000_free_desc_rings, zero-out pointers after the memory they
point to is freed. The test rings are static and get re-used, and
failures during subsequent test setups can cause e1000_free_desc_rings
to get called with dirty pointers. Dirty pointers can cause oopses
or crashes...

In e1000_loopback_test, make sure to call e1000_free_desc_rings if
e1000_setup_loopback_test fails. Currently in that case it will not
get called, causing a leak.

e1000_suspend is only used under #ifdef CONFIG_PM. Move the declaration of
it to be the same way, just like e1000_resume, otherwise gcc whines on
compile. I offer as evidence:
static struct pci_driver e1000_driver = {
.name = e1000_driver_name,
.id_table = e1000_pci_tbl,
.probe = e1000_probe,
.remove = __devexit_p(e1000_remove),
/* Power Managment Hooks */
#ifdef CONFIG_PM
.suspend = e1000_suspend,
.resume = e1000_resume
#endif

Fixes for packet split related issues
* On platforms where PAGE_SIZE > 4K, driver will use only required number of
pages compared to always using 3 pages.
* Packet split won't be used if the PAGE_SIZE is > 16K
* Adds a statistics counter to splits.
* Setting the non Null ptr to zero sized buffers to solve packet split
receive descriptor error
* When the no of pages needed is calculated, the header buffer is not
included for a given MTU.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
