And split them out of the generic client into their own file.

e6499c6f4b NFS: Fall back on old idmapper if request_key() fails
This patch removes the CONFIG_NFS_USE_NEW_IDMAPPER compile option.
First, the idmapper will attempt to map the id using /sbin/request-key
and nfsidmap. If this fails (if /etc/request-key.conf is not configured
properly) then the idmapper will call the legacy code to perform the
mapping. I left a comment stating where the legacy code begins to make
it easier for somebody to remove in the future.

955a857e06 NFS: new idmapper
This patch creates a new idmapper system that uses the request-key function to
place a call into userspace to map user and group ids to names. The old
idmapper was single threaded, which prevented more than one request from running
at a single time. This means that a user would have to wait for an upcall to
finish before accessing a cached result.

The upcall result is stored on a keyring of type id_resolver. See the file
Documentation/filesystems/nfs/idmapper.txt for instructions.

b0706ca415 NFS: Avoid warnings when CONFIG_NFS_V4=n
Avoid the following warnings when CONFIG_NFS_V4=n:

	fs/nfs/sysctl.c:19: warning: unused variable `nfs_set_port_max'
	fs/nfs/sysctl.c:18: warning: unused variable `nfs_set_port_min'

by making those variables contingent on NFSv4 being configured.

6d4561110a sysctl: Drop & in front of every proc_handler.
For consistency drop & in front of every proc_handler. Explicity
taking the address is unnecessary and it prevents optimizations
like stubbing the proc_handlers to NULL.

89a09141df [PATCH] nfs: fix congestion control
The current NFS client congestion logic is severly broken, it marks the
backing device congested during each nfs_writepages() call but doesn't
mirror this in nfs_writepage() which makes for deadlocks. Also it
implements its own waitqueue.

Replace this by a more regular congestion implementation that puts a cap on
the number of active writeback pages and uses the bdi congestion waitqueue.

Also always use an interruptible wait since it makes sense to be able to
SIGKILL the process even for mounts without 'intr'.

0b4d414714 [PATCH] sysctl: remove insert_at_head from register_sysctl
The semantic effect of insert_at_head is that it would allow new registered
sysctl entries to override existing sysctl entries of the same name. Which is
pain for caching and the proc interface never implemented.

I have done an audit and discovered that none of the current users of
register_sysctl care as (excpet for directories) they do not register
duplicate sysctl entries.

So this patch simply removes the support for overriding existing entries in
the sys_sysctl interface since no one uses it or cares and it makes future
enhancments harder.

7cc13edc13 [PATCH] sysctl: implement CTL_UNNUMBERED
This patch takes the CTL_UNNUMBERD concept from NFS and makes it available to
all new sysctl users.

At the same time the sysctl binary interface maintenance documentation is
updated to mention and to describe what is needed to successfully maintain the
sysctl binary interface.

58df095b73 NFSv4: Allow entries in the idmap cache to expire
If someone changes the uid/gid mapping in userland, then we do eventually
want those changes to be propagated to the kernel. Currently the kernel
assumes that it may cache entries forever.

Add an expiration time + garbage collector for idmap entries.
