Using spin_lock_irqsave with a local variable called flags without
declaring is a bad idea, fix this by declaring it.

This brings the watchdog drivers into line with coding style.
This patch takes cares of the indentation as described in chapter 1.
Main changes:
* Re-structure the ioctl switch call for all drivers as follows:

Since 43cc71eed1, the platform modalias is
prefixed with "platform:". Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable watchdog
drivers, to re-enable auto loading.
