RISC-V: hook new crypto subdir into build-system
Create a crypto subdirectory for added accelerated cryptography routines
and hook it into the riscv Kbuild and the main crypto Kconfig.

e6265fe777 kexec: rename ARCH_HAS_KEXEC_PURGATORY
The Kconfig refactor to consolidate KEXEC and CRASH options utilized
option names of the form ARCH_SUPPORTS_<option>. Thus rename the
ARCH_HAS_KEXEC_PURGATORY to ARCH_SUPPORTS_KEXEC_PURGATORY to follow
the same.

riscv: move errata/ and kvm/ builds to arch/riscv/Kbuild
Commit 909548d6c5 ("riscv: add arch/riscv/Kbuild") intended that
subdirectories in arch/riscv/ would be added in arch/riscv/Kbuild.

RISC-V: Add purgatory
This patch adds purgatory, the name and concept have been taken
from kexec-tools. Purgatory runs between two kernels, and do
verify sha256 hash to ensure the kernel to jump to is fine and
has not been corrupted after loading. Makefile is modified based
on x86 platform.

8212f8986d kbuild: use more subdir- for visiting subdirectories while cleaning
Documentation/kbuild/makefiles.rst suggests to use "archclean" for
cleaning arch/$(SRCARCH)/boot/, but it is not a hard requirement.

Since commit d92cc4d516 ("kbuild: require all architectures to have
arch/$(SRCARCH)/Kbuild"), we can use the "subdir- += boot" trick for
all architectures. This can take advantage of the parallel option (-j)
for "make clean".

I also cleaned up the comments in arch/$(SRCARCH)/Makefile. The "archdep"
target no longer exists.

riscv: Allow device trees to be built into the kernel
Some systems don't provide a useful device tree to the kernel on boot.
Chasing around bootloaders for these systems is a headache, so instead
le't's just keep a device tree table in the kernel, keyed by the SOC's
unique identifier, that contains the relevant DTB.

This is only implemented for M mode right now. While we could implement
this via the SBI calls that allow access to these identifiers, we don't
have any systems that need this right now.
