35a0e0bf6f usb: gadget: add max_speed to usb_composite_driver
This field is used by the Gadget drivers to specify
the maximum speed they support, meaning: the maximum
speed they can provide descriptors for.

The driver speed will be set in consideration of this
value.

c9bfff9c98 usb gadget: don't save bind callback in struct usb_configuration
The bind function is most of the time only called at init time so there
is no need to save a pointer to it in the configuration structure.

This fixes many section mismatches reported by modpost.

e12995ec8f USB: Revert "USB: gadget: section mismatch warning fixed"
This reverts a commit which proposed an invalid solution
for a section mismatch. Next 3 commits will fix it correctly.

89ba85d401 USB: gadget: section mismatch warning fixed
In may gadgets bind and bind like functions were in a init section
as they were only run during initialisation. However, being
callback functions they were referenced from structures in “normal”
sections. Changing the tag from “__init” to “__ref” fixes the
warnings.

36e893d25a usb gadget: USB_GADGET_VBUS_DRAW Kconfig option
Offer a "how much VBUS power to request" configuration option
for USB gadgets that aren't using board-specific customization
of their gadget or (composite) configuration drivers.

Also remove a couple pointless "depends on USB_GADGET" bits
from the Kconfig text; booleans inside an "if USB_GADGET" will
already have that dependency.

Based on a patch from Justin Clacherty.

8a1ce2c044 usb gadget: link fixes for cdc composite gadget
Change how the CDC Composite gadget driver builds: don't
use separate compilation, since it works poorly when key
parts are library code (with init sections etc). Instead
be as close as we can to "gcc --combine ...".

b6c6393700 Rename WARN() to WARNING() to clear the namespace
We want to use WARN() as a variant of WARN_ON(), however a few drivers are
using WARN() internally. This patch renames these to WARNING() to avoid the
namespace clash. A few cases were defining but not using the thing, for those
cases I just deleted the definition.

19e2068015 usb gadget: new "CDC Composite" gadget driver
This is a simple example of a composite gadget, combining two
Communications Class Device (CDC) functions: ECM and ACM.

This provides a clear example of how the composite gadget framework
is intended to work. It's surprising that MS-Windows (or at least,
XP and previous) won't "just work" with something this simple...

One /proc/bus/usb/devices listing looks like:

  T: Bus=03 Lev=01 Prnt=01 Port=00 Cnt=01 Dev#= 46 Spd=480 MxCh= 0
  D: Ver= 2.00 Cls=02(comm.) Sub=00 Prot=00 MxPS=64 #Cfgs= 1
  P: Vendor=0525 ProdID=a4aa Rev= 3.01
  S: Manufacturer=Linux 2.6.26-rc6-pnut with net2280
  S: Product=CDC Composite Gadget
  C:* #Ifs= 4 Cfg#= 1 Atr=c0 MxPwr= 2mA
  I:* If#= 0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 1 Cls=02(comm.) Sub=06 Prot=00 Driver=cdc_ether
  E: Ad=83(I) Atr=03(Int.) MxPS= 16 Ivl=32ms
  I: If#= 1 Alt= 0 #EPs= 0 Cls=0a(data ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=cdc_ether
  I:* If#= 1 Alt= 1 #EPs= 2 Cls=0a(data ) Sub=00 Prot=00 Driver=cdc_ether

  E: Ad=05(O) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 512 Ivl=0ms

Not all USB peripheral controller hardware can support this driver.
All the highspeed-capable peripheral controllers with drivers now in
the mainline kernel seem to support this, as does omap_udc. But
many full speed controllers don't have enough endpoints, or (as with
the PXA controllers) don't support altsettings.

Lightly tested.
