094e320d76 [PATCH] fat: kill reserved names
Since these names on old MSDOS is used as device, so, current fat driver
doesn't allow a user to create those names. But many OSes and even Windows
can create those names actually, now.

This patch removes the reserved name check.

9131dd4256 [PATCH] fat: remove the unneeded vfat_find() in vfat_rename()
Now, vfat_rename() is using vfat_find() for sanity check. This removes that
sanity check, the cost of sanity check is too high.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
