pinctrl: sunxi: Use devm_clk_get_enabled() helpers

Browse Source 
sunxi sunxi_pinctrl_init_with_variant get, enable clk and
deinit_device disable and unprepare it.

This simplifes the code and avoids the calls to
clk_disable_unprepare().
