dt-bindings: use capital "OR" for multiple licenses in SPDX Documentation/process/license-rules.rst and checkpatch expect the SPDX identifier syntax for multiple licenses to use capital "OR". Correct it to keep consistent format and avoid copy-paste issues. The TPS380x family [1] of supervisory circuits monitor supply voltages to
provide circuit initialization and timing supervision. The devices assert a
RESET signal if the voltage drops below a preset threshold or upon a manual
reset input (MR). The RESET output remains asserted for the factory
programmed delay after the voltage return above its threshold or after the
manual reset input is released.
