Clarified backup procedure + added note on Java 8

* Java 8 is required starting with Minecraft version 1.12, see [Mojang support article](https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/2636196) and [Issue #171](https://github.com/MinecraftServerControl/mscs/issues/171)
* I've also clarified the backup procedure in reference to [Issue #172](https://github.com/MinecraftServerControl/mscs/issues/172)
